I went at 7pm tonight to pick up my child’s amoxicillin for a double ear infection, because I got the call that it was ready. Get up to the window and they don’t have her insurance information. The woman was so rude, took my insurance card and told me I had to come back in 20-30 min so she could bill it to the insurance. This has NEVER happened before. She said it was because they were busy. So I drove around with my sick child, while she kept my insurance card to put it in later, because she’s lazy. Ridiculous.
Racist employee alert ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Just experienced RASISM at its finest ‼️Bryc, and I went into CVS Pharmacy on Memorial drive to get Father’s Day cards after I got off work. Half the time, you have to hunt someone down to ring you up and the other times they wont acknowledge you.
They help me and I will go back there if i don't feel any better soon
