Impossible to get a hold of. Can only leave voicemail. Absolutely insane.
I went to this location on July 10th 2026 at 4:15 PM. I had to stop there anyways so offered to grab my friends prescriptions while I was there. I typed the information into the computer and two were ready. The woman walked up so I said “hello, I’m picking up for a friend” She immediately saw the name and started complaining saying “she had me hunting all over town for her prescription, we don’t have it” then she walked away without even grabbing the ones that they did have ready. The CVS pharmacy located in the Lancaster Target has a wonderful staff Every time I am greeted warmly and with smiles! Everyone is professional and polite. They never fail to ask about vaccines or to make sure I dont have any questions about the medication I am picking up. They are never too busy to answer any additional questions you may have. I cant help but walk away smiling every time!
The CVS at River Valley Boulevard Target gives excellent service and support. Both of the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and patient with customers and helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
