They are incompetent. There’s no way to get a hold of anybody on the phone. The system will tell you that you will get a call back in an hour, but that is a lie. You have to drive to the store to get someone to talk to then they gave you an attitude.Don’t go to the store.
Will R. and Kim T. are the best pharmacy I've met they are awesome and very caring about the customers. CVS Pharmacy on HWY 46 and 281 are the best
Update: ONE MONTH LATER and I was never contacted by any CVS, never received any text notifications or anything regarding antibiotics I was prescribed after having a tooth pulled. Literally nothing. This is probably one of the worst CVSs I have ever been to. Try to call and leave a vm regarding some issues with other prescriptions and the voicemail is ended by their system before I can leave a call back number. Before 30 seconds on one attempt. We receive free otc cards from are Insurance company. Only good at CVS. VERY EXPENSIVE. Even their name brand products are expensive. Choices were very limited. Only shopped there because of free VISA cards. Products are as good as any other store. No problem there. The store was clean. Manager kinda of a jerk. Cashier seemed very young and inexperienced. Could be new. Experience was fine, just not great. WAY OVER PRICED!!! This $200.00! Jewels
Normally they are pretty good. But I had a tooth pulled Monday. The dentist called the antibiotic in twice, and now Thursday I still have not received notification it has been filled. I went to another pharmacy to get the antibiotic needed.
