Spring Branch, TX location: James Harris needs a serious lesson in customer service. He jumped the gun and issued a refund to a gift card that I did not want, and when I questioned it, his response was essentially, “Too late, nothing we can do—have a good night.” No empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to fix the situation. This is completely unacceptable—especially from a pharmacist, where communication and care should be a priority.
