Don’t walk… run! This is the bottle of the bottom! Daily meds such as BP meds need to be on time. It gets later and later. It is suppose have been in process a week ago… Nobody ever answers the phone. I will Take my business to someone who takes my health a bit more serious. You don’t deserve a star at all because the service is the out! Shame on you!

Worst service ever. Over worked inefficient staff who cares very little for their customer. Medications are the life blood of a pharmacy; however, this location is running it like a clown college. Long waits, condescending cashiers and disregard for their customers culminates into a business that needs to be shut down. I am surprised customers haven't died while waiting for ANYONE to recognize them at the register. This is a repeated problem. When Health Innovations closed my prescriptions were sent here. In 4 years they got 1 prescription right. They have run out of my meds many times. They fill things I don't need but not feel what I do need. One pharmacy tech announced my private med loud enough for customers to hear. They are rude, slack, slow and incompetent. I've seen the manager and one of the Pharamists flirt and giggle and try to speak another language together for 15 minutes while many are waiting. Ever since CVS started COVID testing their pharmacy services are awful. Staff never answer phone, no longer send prescription alerts, and are rude at the drive through window. I’ve waited on hold for 20 minutes multiple times and have had to hang up because no one answered. I will be switching to another pharmacy consequently. It’s negligent behavior and borders on unethical.
