Had to pay for meds out of my own pocket two months in a row because this pharmacy didn't know how to bill my insurance correctly. They said it was the clinic's fault. I run this by my doctor's nurse, and they gave me info on how the med should be run through insurance. Gave this info to the CVS pharmacy, low and behold, they had been doing it wrong! No enema kits even though it said online they had it. Everything is falling apart these days.
The staff there are always rude and make it seem like any customer is such an inconvenience to them.
