Went to minute clinic today for the first time and the Nurse was very thorough and caring, quick and thoughtful, I definitely would refer others! Thanks NP Nikki Grace for all your help!
The workers in the pharmacy are extremely rude! They refused to take my insurance information over the phone, then the next day when i called they needed it to fill the scripts. Most unprofessional rude bunch of idiots I've ever met.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Most ignorant staff in the fucking pharmacy and I'm sure this review will be deleted. Your staff is so incompetent that they don't even know to call the prescription phone line on the back of my fucking insurance. Sat waiting for over an hour just for a pick up. Fuck your store and you pharmacy...
I LOVE CVS BETWEEN CVS AND PUBLIX I HAVE SAVED OVER $4000 dollars a year! I love couponing and it pays off for our family! When you can go in a store and get $200 dollars worth of products and spend only $14.10, it makes it worth wild to spend the time cutting coupons and taking advantage of BOGO, reward bucks. And the customer services is amazing!! Niceville store is newer, bigger, and have more products and you can use Saturday and Sunday ads after 4pm on Saturday
Drop off prescription at noon was told it be an hour. Come back at 5 and still not ready. Told be ready at 6? This is twice and LAST time this will happen. I wont be back
