One day I prepay for my prescriptions $3.00 . Go to pick them up after calling and telling them only to be told they were returned. Next day I call and they are supposed to be ready. They aren’t I wait an extra day for them to process. Get there and I’m charged$30.00. Speak to my insurance and find out the one should have only been . 99 cents and the other only 9.02 for a 90 day supply. That’s insurance fraud! Will never go there again and filing formal charges. Rip off! Going through all past charges now.
I'm just saying no, because people at the drive thru should be told to come back and get their prescriptions and not be allowed to sit and wait and back the whole line up!
CVS is the best. TriCare switched to Walgreens and we hate it. CVS is all about helping you and making you feel valued, Walgrrens act like they are doing you a favor by taking your business.
This pharmacy just can’t seem to pull it together lately. I had a prescription sent over from my doctor two days ago. They are just NOW (after having made me make two trips there) letting me know that there were authorization issues with the med and it has to get clarified by my doctor. Why is this just happening now? This is unacceptable and could have been handled when the order was originally sent into them instead of now, when I am now out of a very important medication. I changed my prescriptions from the Target CVS to this pharmacy a few months ago and have had nothing but issues. From my prescriptions not being ready when I received texts saying they were to the prescription being filled wrong. Very disappointed .
This was my second time there. Had to wait over 30 minutes but that's normal for a walk in clinic. I was treated quickly and got my prescription filled quickly also.
