I am appalled at how my wife was treated at the minute clinic on Hwy 210 in Benson, NC. She needed to be seen for a sore throat, ear ache, and probable sinus infection. The computer system was down so she waited until someone came out, as the door sign indicated a patient exam was in progress. I was in another aisle and heard the provider come out ( no patient was in the room). He started asking my wife what she was there for, in the store aisle. I was there about 3 PM to pick up med. Pharmacy staff was courteous & prompt. I am new to area & plan to make it my go-to store, because we are so close ... just down the road. Use to shop at one in Stillwater, OK on a regular basis. And I occasionally use the one in Washington, NC, when I visit family there. Good place to run in for makeup, greeting cards, cleaning supplies, candy on special, etc.

Drop rx off at before 9 am for pickup at 12 pm only to arrive at 3:30 pn to find it eas not ready. Never had issues like this when Jeremy was pharmacy manager. Disappointed in their service. Shape up CVS.

The manager on duty to night has no people skills.Very rude and inconsiderate.12/27 13 8,10 pm.
