The change in staff over the past year or so at this store's pharmacy has created a much more efficient, amicable, and customer service oriented atmosphere. I left with no intention of returning for as long as I could before my insurance somewhat forced me back, but when I returned, the new folks behind the drive through window and counters have made each of my latest experiences extremely positive. It is obvious their changes in staffing have paid off, and you can just tell things are running much more smoothly.
Always have to wait for extended periods of time. Said Script wasn't ready and would be ready at 3 I came back at 3:30 and wasn't ready and had to come back 30min and was finally ready. Can't keep help every time I go here and it's quite a bit and never see the same person twice. Think management needs to step up!!
This CVS pharmacy is amazing! If your still using Walgreens I strongly suggest moving your meds to CVS. I have not had a problem. The girl at my CVS drive-thru is amazing!!! Every time I go there I leave feeling very happy and think about it throughout the day!! I guess im still in shock that im not being talked down to and having to call 4x before they put in your order...... I love it, you will too
Service was great and Chasity was helpful and very friendly. I will continue to go to this pharmacy for future prescriptions. Keep up the great work!
