CVS in Lillington has started a new system at their pharmacy, you are told to use the monitor to type your name and date of birth in. So they don't have too, the personal care from an employee is gone, because we are doing their job for them. CVS'S service has been subpar since we moved back to Lillington. Love the pharmacy everyone is very pleasant and helpful
The change in staff over the past year or so at this store's pharmacy has created a much more efficient, amicable, and customer service oriented atmosphere. I left with no intention of returning for as long as I could before my insurance somewhat forced me back, but when I returned, the new folks behind the drive through window and counters have made each of my latest experiences extremely positive. It is obvious their changes in staffing have paid off, and you can just tell things are running much more smoothly.
