Unsatisfactory service when trying to get medications.
The pharmacists work so hard and are so diligent
I dropped my prescription off at the pharmacy, to be filled. Went back hours later and they have no record of the prescription being dropped off and did return the prescription paperwork to me. The guy behind the counter argued with me that they would have returned it to me or they would have it in the system, he blamed me for losing it and said I'll need a new one from the doctor. He was incredibly rude and didn't listen to a thing I said.
Super happy with CVS and the awesome service from Nate and Loren! They put in the extra effort to get me a medication I had trouble getting elsewhere and even helped me transfer my medication profile and prescriptions! They were fast, friendly, and efficient! Thank you, Winona CVS! I am grateful for you.
