For months we have tried to get CVS Oroville to bill our insurance the right way. No luck. Have called their customer service and their regional manager refuses to call after several months. Some prescriptions are billed the right way and some are bill wrong and they don’t seem to be able to fix the problem. Then today the pharmacy manager told us to find another pharmacy. CVS Oroville midday yesterday, July 6... Employees masked, cashiers shielded, "masks required" sign at the door, but most customers without masks. For the like of me, I can't understand how a company that positions itself as a "health" company cannot refuse service to unmasked people.
Pharmacy does not required masks to enter the store during Covid.
I've never been to a pharmacy where they don't let paying customers use the restroom..it's absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely be going to Walgreens from now on..
Today we stopped by at the pharmacy on 850 Oroville Dam Blvd. in Oroville California. We were coming back from a long drive and we needed to just get some essentials. My wife who is pregnant currently,requested to use the restroom and was denied. The manager Alex was such a jerk. Wouldn't have the decency to tell my wife to her face why. The manager and Becky were both great when my car was broken into in their parking lot. Their kindness was much appreciated. The manager went over and above when he offered to replace my car charger at no cost to me. He also looked it up on surveillance right away for Oroville PD.
