I went in to pick up prescriptions with a bunch of people in line ahead of me and a full drive thru. Every single pharmacy team member was busy, and someone was waiting for a vaccine, but when it came to be my turn, I was assured that the pharmacist could take the time to answer questions about a new script. He came right over, took his time explaining things to me, and made sure I was comfortable with the answers and that I didn't have more questions.
