I received a voucher from a manufacturer for meds that required zero out of pocket. The concept not readily apparent at the pharmacy; However, Pharmacists got Lilly on the line to assist and was able to pull the prescription, order the meds which arrived the very next day. Bravo! Good work CVS Sienna Community.
This place is horrible!! Repeatedly rude staff, including the lead pharmacist. This CVS needs new leadership and customer service training.
Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes only to be told my prescription had been returned to stock even though I had received a call it was ready the day before. Also tired of being pressured into getting vaccinated
Quick visit. I got in and out in no time. Store was clean from what I could see unlike some other locations. And inventory seemed a little better also.
