2735 Sienna Pkwy 77459, is one of the worst CVS for prescription pickup, whether inside or the drive-thru. They don’t let you know that they do not have prescriptions or may have to contact another location. They take their time coming to the drive-thru window. They don’t ever change out the gloves they wear, and the last time I was there, the tech put the dispenser syringes inside of the tray they passed out to everyone all day, instead of the bag. (I left them right in there).

This pharmacy has absolutely terrible customer service. When I was trying to resolve a problem with a prescription (a problem that they created), they hung up on me 3 times. My doctor wrote for a 45 day supply of a medication. I was given only a 30 day supply with 1 refill. When I tried to get the remaining 15 day supply, I was constantly told that I had no refills (even though they didn’t give me my full supply of the initial prescription) When I finally resolved trying to get the refill, I was told that the medication was ... read more
