Went into CVS and dealt with a girl named Kimberly rude unprofessional this this lady needs to be fired. She gets a bad name to CVS.
By far the worst customer service of any CVS, and this is coming from connive who used to work at a CVS in the pharmacy and I have empathy for the position. I only used this location because I live nearby. I will drive further out for a better experience in the future. This location is pathetic at respecting customers’ time, communicating delays, and protecting patient privacy.
