First and last time using drive thru pick up at Camden location. The clerk was too intent on “putting me in my place” than what I was there for. My first time using their drive thru and I pulled up too far to speak directly into speaker. I could not back up due to the car behind me. The clerk said she could not hear me. I turned my engine off. She said she still could not hear me and proceeded to tell me where the speaker was and that I pulled up too far and for me to speak louder. I was the first customer of cvs. Had some great years buying “everything “ from cvs. Unfortunately 2019 started going down in the pharmacy! Management in pharmacy went down hill fast. My last day at cvs , I was in a 32 minute line . The other customers were trying to call/ tx/ email whoever they could to get there meds and go home😳!! CVS the worst! They have lost my prescriptions and don’t ever have any medications ready on time!!

they take forever to answer phone and most days it's an hour wait if you have a paper prescription to drop off. Ridiculous
