When you use the drive through they act like they are to busy and that you are interfering with them, I get a negative feeling every time I pull up. The only reason they have a job is the customers, you would think they would be glad to see you. Not so, I am an imposition when I pull up.
I called to see if they could order normalyte, the lady I talked to was so polite, she ordered it with no problems. I am very pleased with cvs guntersville.
This is a sorry excuse for a store. In one day they managed to lose one prescription not one time but twice, then they tried to say that it was filled at another store. Not once did they apologize for the mess up, but they did try to blame it on the Dr. and the insurance, in which I had to call my self to find out what was really going on,needless to say I will never step foot in that store again. They really need competent people working there.
