One of my meds needs to be ordered from another site as it is not ordinarily kept in stock. This is usually a tedious process with many phone calls/visits by myself to ensure the refill is being processed. { in the past I have run out of med due to glitches in the system}. This time I met personally with the pharmacist to request refill. Approximately 5 days later I was able to pick up the script. At least now I know to allow a week for refills. the new computer walk up kiosk is much faster than having to tell person you name and birthday much more private.
The staff in the prescription department are attentive, professional, and friendly. Always patient and smiling. Thank you!
