The pharmacy customer service has become extremely slow. When I go there now there is always a line of people waiting. This most recent time, I ordered my prescription by phone, and the recording said it would be ready the next day at 1 p.m. I went to pick it up the next day at 4 pm at the drive thru, and it still was not ready. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. The service at the pharmacy was not like this six months ago, but the workers who were there then are no longer there now.
