I arrived precisely at 1:30pm to pickup by prescription only to discover that, while the entire store remains open, the pharmacy ... an essential function of a drug store ... closes completely until 2pm for 'lunch'. No one is allowed to transact a purchase, no one can fill in, everyone of the many behind the counter stand there until 2pm.
