The pharmacist was great! She was the only staff at the pharmacy today, and I still received phenomenal care and customer service.
Tried to pick up a prescription at about 9:15AM this morning. The individual, whose English was incomprehensible (Why hire them???), kept babbling about how they were still in the process of "loading up". Something about passwords and logins. Substitute pharmacist, perhaps? Asked twice how long I'd have to wait. Could never get a complete or understandable answer. It sounded like he said *11* o'clock. Didn't really seem to care about the inconvenienced customer. Said I'd come back later and left, annoyed at my wasted time. C... read more
