This is a Retail Pharmacy store and they do not even have any ice bag packs! REALLY? Also the young lady working in the Pharmacy was NOT helpful at all and had a very bad attitude. Terrible Customer Service! I really wish we had a Walgreen's~
Poor customer service skills and a huge lack of kindness. My wife and I just moved from Amarillo and where with Walgreens ( a GREAT place) so we thought we would give cvs a try since there is no Walgreens in Pampa. The staff is very rude and always ignores us when we drive up. Not sure what it’s like inside but probably no different. When the staff talks with you they really have a tone of “I really don’t care, I’m only here for a paycheck” kind of voice (how did these people get hired?). No smiles or have a good day.
