Was never notified if my medicine was not able to be filled or not until pick up. They always say they sent notifications, but I never got them. Always messed up my scripts somehow. Thinking about transferring my scripts.

So uhm. I called regarding a phone call I received about my prescription I needed to refill (I have no idea what prescription that might even be..I've always got my birth control from Walmart) only prescriptions I've gotten from cvs were non-refills. These people in Kendallville are rude! I understood they are busy, however, can you make eye contact? Don't you think making someone feel as an inconvenient task to your day would make them feel horrible?! Getting scripts filled was not in my plans, I wasn't expecting to have a sick child....I tried going to Walgreens but they didn't accept my insurance. I was stuck with this place. The pharmacy is starting to really tick me off. They said they would fax in a refill into my doctor and the next day the said they it wasnt fill bc my doctors office won't fill it. Come to find out my doctor dont refill prescriptions by fax and the pharmacy is well aware of this but failed to tell me. Then in the past I was able to just go in and by Levemier needles and all the sudden they have to run it through my prescription and make me wait for it.
