I would like to take a moment to speak of the outstanding service provided on Easter Sunday by Yolanda. She, although working on a holiday, was very attentive and patient although I was there 10 minutes prior to closing. Thank you to her for her positive demeanor. I would have happily given up that purchase for the team to have had that day off however.
RecommendedBut the cashier in back at Pharmacy should look for another job, wasn't able to use my cvs card to get my points. She stated she got off in 45 mins she was so tired. so disrespectful
my son went there cuz i just got home from surgery n he 1minth shy of bein 17 n goes in there all of the time spend lots of $ there. n he went there to buy me a flower n u refused his service! now he has to walk mile each way just to get my water!

Usually I have no complaints but today I called in a prescription and came to pick it up. The lady at the front rudely told me it wasn't being worked on and when I asked why she said I needed to go to another window to find out. I let her know I had spoken to someone there this morning about this medication and she kept repeating the same thing. I get you are busy but that is not an excuse to provide poor customer service to anyone. poorly handled. The guy at the other window was polite and apologized for the inconvenience.
