I am a nurse and have called in prescriptions here numerous times for clients. There seems to be an issue 80% of the time. Either they don't fill the prescription with enough medication to last the prescribed time, or I call in a prescription just for the client to arrive there over an hour later and they're told the medication isn't ready. To top it all off when I call them to see what the problem is they are very rude and condescending. This is poor customer service and doesn't fare well for the CVS Pharmacy name. Rudest people at the pharmacy counter ever! The employees at the front of the store near the register were very friendly and helpful smiling faces and everything. Pharmacy staff - you need to take lessons from your store employees. If you are going to be rude and grumpy stay home.
