Extremely disappointed, this location has reached a all time low. I have been canceled with them for 3 months now. And just randomly, they want to fill an old prescription and charge my insurance... Now, my new provider can't even fill my prescription.. I would be very careful on doing business with these petty people. First they started meddling with my prescription. Leah and her staff are always friendly and helpful. They always greet their customers in a friendly manner.
The medication I’ve been on for a while has been on a manufacturer backorder. This pharmacy contacted my doctor multiple times to not only get it switched to something available (still same exact medication, just different strength) but now I have inject overall less liquid while getting the same exact dose I have been on, which was a genius thought! They truly advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to ensure issues that needed to be fixed are done in a timely manner!
Anyone thinking about using this pharmacy?I strongly recommend that you do not. The pharmacy texts in this place are if they don't like the medication that you're on or they think that it might be a little too much that the doctor's giving you. They will try everything in their power to try to get your medication changed to what they think.It should be. Well I left a great review before but clearly it's heading down hill fast. Just called and told the person the effort to reach a pharmacist isn't working because it keeps hanging up. She acted like I'm an idiot and said start talking and leave a message. A MESSAGE after it instantly hangs up? Holy heck get your ears cleaned! These automated machines are dumb but apparently some people are dumber. "I can't help you" uh yeah you can the old fashioned way walk to other humans and get them.
