Leah is amazing. The entire staff is great.
This pharmacy is amazing! They go above and beyond any pharmacy I’ve interacted with before! If something is on backorder they will do everything and anything they can to get something comparable, they look into pricing for patients and tell you about manufacturing coupons or discount cards whatever saves you the most money. They do every single that they can on their end to do what is best for their patient and it’s the best service I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed, this location has reached a all time low. I have been canceled with them for 3 months now. And just randomly, they want to fill an old prescription and charge my insurance... Now, my new provider can't even fill my prescription.. I would be very careful on doing business with these petty people. First they started meddling with my prescription. Leah and her staff are always friendly and helpful. They always greet their customers in a friendly manner.
The medication I’ve been on for a while has been on a manufacturer backorder. This pharmacy contacted my doctor multiple times to not only get it switched to something available (still same exact medication, just different strength) but now I have inject overall less liquid while getting the same exact dose I have been on, which was a genius thought! They truly advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to ensure issues that needed to be fixed are done in a timely manner!
