Wonderful staff, they work hard back in the pharmacy to make it happen
I’m usually not this impatient but this pharmacy staff is painfully slow and incompetent. Took 5 minutes for the woman to even approach the counter and ask for my information. After I gave my insurance she handed it to a different lady where I waited 35 MINUTES yes 35 to finally get my prescriptions in hand. I was told one of them was taking so long because they couldn’t locate the pills on the shelf meanwhile this was supposed to be ready for pick up. Such a waste of my time & very frustrating. Very bad service. Mary Jo the pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. It’s almost like she don’t want you to take medication. She’s in the wrong business for sure. She always has issues filling prescriptions. I recently went and she had like 4 issues with my prescription and wouldn’t fill it. I then went to Shop Rite pharmacy and they had no issues filling my prescription. I’m glad I now have a pharmacist that actually cares about my medication that’s needed.
