Wonderful staff, they work hard back in the pharmacy to make it happen
I’m usually not this impatient but this pharmacy staff is painfully slow and incompetent. Took 5 minutes for the woman to even approach the counter and ask for my information. After I gave my insurance she handed it to a different lady where I waited 35 MINUTES yes 35 to finally get my prescriptions in hand. I was told one of them was taking so long because they couldn’t locate the pills on the shelf meanwhile this was supposed to be ready for pick up. Such a waste of my time & very frustrating.
