Never answer the phone when customer call Pharmacy. Have called a number of times and wait for someone to pick up over 45 minutes and still get no one to pick up. Tried for 4 hours and never get anyone to answer. I also tried by calling the line for hospital or from a doctors office and get no answer most of the time. If someone answers that line they will tell you they cannot help you on this line call the customer line. You tell them that you have been and no one answers. I had the worst experience today with this pharmacy!! After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, there wasn’t even an apology just an attitude. I’m done with this CVS
