The staff in Bluewater are high incompetent. I have had several negative customer service issues with them. I was forced to switch pharmacies bc of my sons insurance. We were with Publix (local) and Walgreens (speciality) for several years and they were wonderful. CVS BWB keeps you on infinite hold when doing refills. They take 15-20 mins just to pick up a RX inside or drive thru. I called Sunday to do a refill and was on hold so long I had to hang up. I called Monday while driving to work and finally got someone. The Minute Clinic is such a lifesaver when you are sick and it is the weekend. The store is always well stocked and I have used my extra care card for years.
Highly disappointed with Minute Clinic. I drove from Crestview which is a 30 minute drive with a sick child only to be told he cannot he seen at all because he has a specific kind of Medicaid and would not let me pay cash to have him seen so I can get him antibiotics and get him home and in bed. She did not care AT ALL nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. You know what nurse? A little compassion would have served you better. CVS BLUEWATER on Hwy 20 is AWESOME !! I've been using CVS BLUEWATER now for about 23 years. They have recently remodeled the Pharmacy and opened up a CVS MINUTE CLINIC. Customer service is AWESOME and this past weekend I had an opportunity to use the MINUTE CLINIC. The clinic is fantastic, thorough, and easy. Your insurance companies will love you, because the cost is very insurance friendly. The Nurse Practitioners are great. I highly recommend CVS BLUEWATER and the CVS BLUEWATER MINUTE CLINIC !!!!
