They don’t have a clue! Poor service & total incompetence...relocating ASAP 🤔
The last two experiences with this pharmacy has been awful. My first started with me trying to call my prescription in over the automated refill line and was told I didn’t have anymore authorized refills on file. (Which I know I did) So I tried to call the pharmacy and waited on hold for over 35 mins to speak to someone and the girl who answered was rude and kept telling me I needed to contact my Doctor bc I didn’t have anymore refills. It has been a very stressful time for me medication called in for my daughter and the pharmacy folks not all helpful giving a raft of crap. Doctor office did prior authorization for the. BEST all around Pharmacy! The Rewards Card has save us a greatly! The Employees are kind and very helpful. Love the Sales on Vitamins, especially the BOGOF! Great selection of Greeting cards, Cosmetics, Colognes, Perfumes, etc..etc.
