Always so nice and helpful
Sent a message to customer relations already. Some staff are very kind, but one in particular seems to treat people on certain medications differently. I know this from friends who have had similar experiences. My doctor has also called this pharmacy multiple times, and the lack of communication, combined with the rude voicemail I received, is unacceptable. Do not go here if you can avoid it. They NEVER have the prescription I need in stock. When you call to check on it they just tell you “we’re working on it” literally DAYs go by and after about 6-8 days that’s when they get a hold of you (if you’re lucky - you usually have to make a trip all the way there because you can call them anymore) and they tell you “I’m sorry, we don’t carry your prescription”. Horrible, lack of communication and poor inventory and ability to stock.
Pharmacist and Technicians were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy
