My 11 year old son came home after being sold a $50 visa debit card by an employee of SPI store at 6 pm today. You have to be 18 to purchase, activate and use any prepaid reload able visa. ID is required to be verified at time of purchase. I called the manager who said he had no ability to refund or knowledge as to who sold this to an 11 year old boy. I gave him the cashier number transaction ID and time of transaction. The only thing he told me to do was call the 800 number on the Visa card to see if they could help me. He ... read more
