PT Kelsee with the curly hair is one of the most cold, rude and uncaring cashiers I’ve had to deal with. She is extremely rude
I wish this pharmacy would get it together. communication errors, wait times are always outrageously long, some polite and helpful staff, mostly rude and unhelpful, always have issues with meds not being in stock and won't call for hours to tell you. Sigh, i want to like this pharmacy because i am forced to use it per my emlloyer agreement, but it has only been a bigger hassle over the last 3 years.
Never have medicine ready. You call in a refill three days ahead go to pick It up still is t ready. Worst service ever 100 percent gonna transfer all my medicine to another pharmacy. If they are that behind then go to 24/7.
Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they will be. They gave me outdated meds last week. I’m over it and looking for a new Pharmacy.
went in today to ask Pharmacist about a product I was prescribed . she was very RUDE and did not want to answer any questions. very disappointed New Castle Indiana
I literally spent 2 hours shopping in this cvs. They had so much on clearance. I spent $100 and saved $147....LOVED it and i got a free first aid bag!
