They close before Target
Always a long line and their attempts to sign in is clumsy and annoying. At this point they could just toss the meds out to you and you check out yourself as well. It’s to the point i should just count them out and fill the bottle and grab my paperwork off of the computer.
Slowest pharmacy ever. Wish I would’ve got my food after the pharmacy, never imagined it would take so long with a short line.
Shoutout to the CVS inside Target in Colonial Heights for their new self-check-in portal — it’s a game changer! It really helps streamline the process and gives the pharmacists more time to focus on getting prescriptions filled faster. This was honestly one of the quickest pharmacy visits I’ve had! And as always, Stephanie and Sarah were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great experience all around!
Incredibly rude over the phone. I accidentally had the same medication processing at both CVS's in Colonial heights, after calling the other CVS and making sure they were processing it i called this CVS to try and make sure they weren't filling it. Instead of just checking for me they woman kept telling me "this was the target cvs and she didnt't know what I wanted her to do about it" and that i "should just call the other store" which i told her multiple times I did.
