The pharmacy sent message they needed to talk to me through the app. I called and left 2 messages since you cannot talk to a pharmacist anymore. The message says they will return your call within an hour. No return calls. Today called again and left message. No return call. Go to pharmacy in person 3 hours later. The tech said the issue had been resolved. Had to wait 15 minutes for the problem script. They needed prior authorization.
