Friendly, helpful staff, clean store and bathroom, great deals!!
My veterinarian's assistant tried to call in a prescription for a horse. The telephone personnel at the CVS in Cleveland, Texas, were abhorrently rude to her, and they refused to fill the prescription. Clearly the dosage is going to be different for a horse than for a child but that is no reason for the person to deny a perfectly legitimate prescription from a licensed veterinarian. Furthermore, there was absolutely no reason to be rude about it, either. CVS in Cleveland, Texas has lost yet another customer.

Horrid. Never have prescriptions filled when they're promised. Was promised prescriptions on Thursday and am now being told it will be Saturday! Seriously! They don't care that people are sick or run out of their meds, it doesn't bother them! What's 2 days of running a fever or going through withdrawals from a maintenance medication?
I don't let them never have never will. And they are an evil place to works for......

HORRIBLE. they kept telling my insurance had my wrong birthday. My insurance did not and even called and confirmed. But because they continued to say they had the wrong one it ended up being past the 7 days and they refused to refund my money. The manager, Prima, as soon as she got on the phone she was EXTREMELY rude, interrupted me, even when I asked her to please let me speak and she said no and would speak over me.
