Always been friendly, prompt, and helpful when I’ve needed them!
Went to pick up eye pain meds for an eye injury and pharmacist told me there was an issue with my insurance and it wasn’t ready. When I informed him o did not have insurance he change the story to it would take another 20 to 25 minutes to put a label on a bottle. I wandered the store and came back and was told now that they didn’t have the dose and it would take “a couple of days “ to get my pain meds. Very easy to schedule and didn't take long for the whole process.
I would rate this pharmacy less than one. After waiting 2weeks for a prescription to be filled, despite several calls that were never returned, CVS used 3 different excuses/ lies. First, they were waiting on my insurance. Second, they indicated it can't be dispensed as written since they couldn't understand it and third it got lost in CVS/ Target universe.
