I had to make 4 attempts to pick up a prescription. Each time I returned, there was a new person to assist me and each person gave me the same line, "what are you looking for, we don't have anything for you here". I had to explain to them that I dropped the prescription off myself so I knew it was there. After checking into it, I was told each time that it hadn't been processed and they'd send it through but it would be about a half hour.
