I will never shop at another CVS again. My mother was in the Sterling, Illinois store a couple days ago and the cashier shorted her $10. Tried to fix the problem and they wouldn’t talk. BEWARE!! THE CASHIER LIKES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OKDER CUSTOMERS!!!

They consult any questions, the are very helpful when it comes to questions or concerns with OTC's.... Doesn't matter if it's 2 people or 20 in line at the pharmacy. You will be waiting a long time. You'll be in the store at least 20 minutes, and that's when it's fast. Never figured out why it's such a slow place. only good thing is that after the transaction I get a receipt that's a yard long and I can wear it as a scarf.

I get that the pharmacy is a fairly decent size and they supply medication to a lot of people. But they have screwed up my prescriptions countless times. What sent me over the edge to write this review was the fact that they said my prescription would be ready Sunday but they didn't have it in stock and it would be here tomorrow (today). I call in to ask if it's in and they tell me AGAIN that it will be here tomorrow. THIS IS NOT OKAY.
