Always excellent service and excellent employees
Got some complaints about attitudes at the South Boston store. One patient: That everyone who was doing covid shot business was super rude. “SUPER RUDE. Catty, disrespectful to the elderly man who was waiting on his wife (incident #1); talking shit about two patients to other people and each other (incident #2) tech saying “like I don’t know how to do my job” (incident #3).
