Rude rude rude. They also apparently are horrible at reading prescriptions. I came in with an entirely different medicine and they insisted it was the same one I filled last month. But when they want to have knowledge of anything they decide to use it to make sure you don’t get your medicine. Never going here ever again!

I just left the CVS In Bluffton and I must say they have no knowledge of customers service. The cashier was on the phone the wolf time checking me out. I gave her my card that's attached to my car keys she scanned it and threw them back at me. Didn't say thank you or anything. The whole time carrying on her conversation on the phone
I just went to pick up a prescription from this CVS, the lady that was working the drive thru ran my insurance and said it wasn't valid. She said she ran it thru multiple times. I got upset and told her it was ridiculous but I would pay for it. I told her that I wanted the paper that showed it was invalid and the supervisors name. I get home and look at the paper. Extremely disappointed withcustomer service in the pharmacy. Ready refill is a joke. Never ready when promised. I am changing to Walgreens!!!
I went to the doctor because I was sick and needed care now. My doctor called me in an Rx to CVS. When I got there a half hour later I was told they had not received one for me. I asked them to look again.Again they could not find one.So I had another uncomfortable night with my symptoms.Finally when I called the following morning I was told my Rx was ready.I asked when had the order come in from my doctor and was told the night before.I asked why was it not found when I was there and was told it was likely in cue waiting to... read more
