Had 2 occasions in last week where a called-in prescription showed in process with availability by a given time on the web site, but the prescription not available as promise, 1 of which was called in the day before. Call to the pharmacy only got excuses about lack of help in the store.
Worse drive thru service ever. Drop scrip off a day earlier.. still ask to drive around building after waiting in line over 45 minutes.
RecommendedWe have always used CVS. But today Dawn the pharmacist helped me with my girl and chose the right meds just for her. Even though they are busy. Someone always helps. And it means a lot.
The store and the employees are great when you go inside. The drive thru is horrible, no matter the time of day. Even if you show up with only 1 car ahead of you, it's guaranteed a min 15-20 min wait. We all appreciate the kindness and service, but if you are running the drive thru, that's supposed to be quick & convenient. There is no time for idle chit chat and family catching up that I have witnessed on MANY occasions. Amy Felkel is always so cheerful and helpful. She is such a great asset to CVS. I always go to her for help and info. I don't see how the store functions without her!
