My prescription is never ready even when they text me is ready!!! I have contacted my doctor and will get my prescription with my local pharmacist who does care and will not make stand in line for 10min then wait another 10 min because the prescription is never ready...good bye cvs
I presented my insurance card. The flu shot was supposed to be no cost. I was rung up and it was $26. I asked why I had to pay and I was just stared at blankly. This cvs has the most unpersonable, sullen, dead eyed staff I’ve ever seen. It’s not too much for someone to explain why “no cost” became $26, is it?
BLACK BALLING CVS: Do you think after 20 years using cvs they could get it right, every time there is something wrong, Oh, its the doctors fault, again, refills, and talking directly with someone at the pharmacy the day before, OH, its the doctors fault, I will not longer shop or use the pharmacy, All they do is count pills ???? you need to learn to READ, or get a computer that can read for ;you????
