The doctor said that they already called in the prescription. Then I called CVS. They said that the doctor's office has called and now they are waiting clearance from my insurance. So I called the next day... they say that the doctor (AGAIN) has not called in the prescription! BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST WAITING FOR THE CLEARANCE. After 4 to 5 calls. So out of frustration, I had them cancel all my prescription with CVS. Instructed my wife and my kids not to patronize CVS. Walgreens and Rite-Aid are nearby. Not my loss....th... read more
