They are very slow in filling prescriptions and answering the phone when you call with a question.
Terrible customer service I went to this location and the cashier got upset because I went to go get the item I wanted to exchange for the one I had bought mind you I had the receipt and they know me by face and the rude cashier started arguing with me then when I was trying to explain the situation. Terrible customer service, rude pharmacy personnel and poor management. My doctor's office even called me and asked me to change pharmacies because they were so unprofessional!
Rude cashier in bayshore ny, usually go to East Islip, rude about extra bucks, rude to every one in front of me and I said something to her and manager, not good experience
