Agree with Wayne- I waited a week to get a prescription filled, 2 phone calls to pharmacy and same answer, waiting on insurance approval. I went to store with letter of approval from insurance, stating they had approved prescription5 days earlier, only to have pharmacist "Michael" talk to me rudely and refuse to fill as they had not been paid yet? Needs to be filled, to be billed, not the reverse. 10 years, enough-Walgreens can probably handle it and not talk to me as "Michael" did.
