Disorganized. Can't find prescription called in. Or it takes over an hour to fill. And get wrong address for customers!!
Absolutely horrible service and extremely slow. It should never take an hour to fill a prescription in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday.
Every month I try to get my child's medication filled. There is a problem every month. I called on Monday and asked them to order the medication. They said it would be ready on Thursday. I called today and they said it didn't come in and they don't know why. It just didn't show up. I called another CVS and they looked it up and said they could see why it hasn't come in yet and to call them to see if it might come in tomorrow. Wish I could give negitive stars. Every month we have to make multiple phone calls about our sons meds. All we get from this CVS is lies, And rudeness. Even confirmed by liberty and downtown CVS. The pharmacist was lying to us. Looks like all future business will be with the honest red Cross across the street!
