Absolutely the worst drive thru, and the whole store is constantly understaffed. My major complaint is about prescription refills. They totally disregard instructions not to refill my prescription, but they will call my doctors office and request a refill even though I constantly ask them to stop. I will go mail order, or to some of their competitors like Target or Walmart, who are professional and generally cheaper.
I ordered 3 prescriptions over the weekend. None of them have been filled. I realize one needed approval from my doctor, but why haven't the other 2 been filled. I have checked by phone every day. Very unhappy with CVS Stokes Rd.

Your associate Ronald was so nice and helpful to me tonight! I was running errands for my husband and could not find duct tape anywhere (we needed it for a leak in our house and nothing was opened). He not only helped me find it quick but showed me how I could save money by using the coupon machine!! Thank you
no stars!!!!!!!! There is only 1 women who is pleasant. There are 2, however, that are so rude I am definitly switching to another pharmacy. I had 2 prescriptions sent by my doctor and they only recieved 1. I called my doctor and they sent it again. The 2 rude ones acted like its my fault and I should be understanding and patient. I overheard them complaining about how many prescriptions they have and complaining about the CUSTOMERS. Well if all your customers left, you'd have no reason to be there and no PAY!!!!!
