0 stars would be about 10 stars too many. Every time I’ve had to come to this pharmacy, there’s been an issue. The staff is incredibly rude to the point where I have no idea how they’re still in business. I called the pharmacy with a request for them to call my insurance company (because the insurance company requires it) and was first hung up on by a nasty woman in the pharmacy, then lectured by a supposed manager on how it’s the insurance company’s responsibility to call them, and how they should just pick up the phone (he... read more
Person at the register asked for help 3 times from the 4 other workers behind the counter. There is a long line of people waiting for Rx but a manager (presumably) was yelling at the only cashier about having a drink back there. She was loud and rude and not concerned for the customers.
Got $53 extra bucks. Cashiers always polite and fast. No big lines easier to buy certain things like water and paper products here instead of grocery store.
