Pharmacy ppl are very unfriendly and don’t care if you get your meds or not. Often when you go to pick up your medication they are out and have not made any attempt to let you know. When they have known for hours. If it happens to be a controlled substance that you take for a total hip replacement and you you have completed every BS requirement ( drug test every other month) they treat you like your an addict. Now with the NEW electronic system if they are out of said medication it can not be transferred to another pharmacy ... read more
Extremely slow service! I have to wait in the pharmacy drive through for 30+ minutes everytime I need to pick up medicine!
RecommendedI just wanted to say that Kelly at the CVS in Dresden, TN is the best! She absolutely goes out of her way to help the customers! She’s a real gem and you are lucky to have her!
Horrible Pharmacist. Not helpful. Hateful. Save yourself money and your feelings and just don’t walk in.
