every bad service
I ordered my refill and used the insurance I had used only a month before. They said that there was a problem with my insurance and that they would need to get another prescription from my doctor. They promised that they would text or call when my prescription was ready. I had two refills left on my prescription. It took four days and they did not call or text me--I had to come in or call them. The first time, it wasn't ready and then I gave it a few more days. I always find the staff of the CVS pharmacy, South Setauket, to be helpful and kind. I am especially impressed with pharmacist, Jen Brady. She is professional, kind, and personable. She has been very helpful with my elderly mother and my son who has autism.
